My web provider works that way,so they bill me every 3 years,instead every month,which is better to me.

Netgear sent me a nice easy email so I can have all my stuff assigned their own static IP's inside my public IP (ie inside my LAN). Working so far. Thanks for the linky!

Hi! I have a LAN problem. Brand new Netgeardual band modem - everything works beautifully: Desktop, 2x Laptops, BlueRay, 3G Phone, 2 HP printers. Except every morning when I turn the wireless lap top(s) on they IP address for the hardwired HP rrinter has changed to a new IP address! If I want to access this printer through the LAN I have to reset the printer in WIN 7.
Anybody know how I can keep these IP addresses static and have them never change? Thanks.
